From power end and fluid end repairs to full system refurbishments and hard‑to‑find parts, we restore performance, extend equipment life, and get your operation back online fast.
What pump repair services does EV Pump offer?
We repair and rebuild all pump types: power end, fluid end, and everything in between. Whether it's a crankshaft worn out of tolerance or a fluid end leaking under pressure, our techs diagnose the root cause and fix it right the first time. All brands, all models, in-shop or in the field.
All Brands. All Models.
From piston pumps to centrifugal and everything in between. If it pumps, we service it. Kerr, NOV, Wheatley, Gardner Denver, SPM, Weir, and more.
Component-Level Troubleshooting
From vibration issues to flow irregularities, we identify root causes and perform targeted repairs that last.
Quick Turnaround, Long-Term Performance
We don’t patch symptoms. We rebuild pumps to prevent future failure.
What is Power End Repair?
The power end is the mechanical side of the pump — crankshaft, bearings, connecting rods, and seals. When it starts showing wear through vibration, noise, or loss of performance, we tear it down, inspect every component, replace what's failing, and bring it back to spec. We handle power end repair on all major brands including Kerr, NOV, Wheatley, Gardner Denver, SPM, Weir, and more.
What Is Fluid End Repair?
The fluid end is where the actual pumping happens — valves, seats, pistons, liners, and packing. These components wear faster than the power end, especially in abrasive or high-pressure applications. We replace worn components, reseat valves, and verify performance before the pump goes back into service.
