What is Power End Repair?
The power end is the mechanical side of the pump — crankshaft, bearings, connecting rods, and seals. When it starts showing wear through vibration, noise, or loss of performance, we tear it down, inspect every component, replace what's failing, and bring it back to spec. We handle power end repair on all major brands including Kerr, NOV, Wheatley, Gardner Denver, SPM, Weir, and more.
What Is Fluid End Repair?
The fluid end is where the actual pumping happens — valves, seats, pistons, liners, and packing. These components wear faster than the power end, especially in abrasive or high-pressure applications. We replace worn components, reseat valves, and verify performance before the pump goes back into service.
